Middle School Self-Defense

Designed specifically for middle school students, this workshop focuses on practical personal safety skills that help build confidence, awareness, and preparedness. Participants will learn strategies for recognizing and avoiding potentially unsafe situations, including bullying, peer pressure, and personal threats. The class also includes instruction and supervised practice of basic physical self-defense techniques appropriate for this age group. Emphasis is placed on awareness, decision-making, and developing the confidence to respond effectively in challenging situations. For questions regarding class content, call 513-232-1035.
