Note:

The following Items/Activities ARE PROHIBITED in all Anderson Park District parks and facilities:
• Fireworks are prohibited without specific written permission from the Board of Park Commissioners.
• Glass is prohibited.
• Inflatables (bounce houses, etc.) are prohibited.

Rental Reminders:
• If there are any changes to your event (i.e. catering, music, alcohol, etc.), please contact the office in advance so we can go over the rules and issue any permits needed.
• Vehicles must remain in the parking lot at all times. Removal of trail posts and/or fencing, and driving on the trail is prohibited.
• Decorations: Confetti, silly string and water balloons are not permitted.
• Shelter Rentals are for exclusive use of the designated shelter. All restrooms, playgrounds, and park grounds are for public use.
• All rentals must be cleaned up and ended by time the park closes at dusk.

Alcohol Permit Reminders:
• No glass!
• Alcohol is permitted under the covered shelter area only. Drinking or carrying open containers is prohibited in other areas of the park, restrooms, playgrounds, etc.
• All guests must comply with applicable liquor laws.
• Alcohol is NOT permitted to be sold by the renter or any hired vendor.

• If attention is needed at your shelter the day of your rental, call On-Call staff 513-266-3487.
• If there is a conflict with another party at your reservation, call Hamilton County Dispatch: 513-825-2280.
• For all other shelter rental questions, call the RecPlex office, 513-388-5082. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, except for some holidays.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATION:
• Print a copy of this receipt to have on hand the day of your shelter rental as proof of your reservation.
